Movita Dance Theatre 2011
Since 2008 Movita has been under a little bit of re-construction. Moving back from Cork Ireland and freshly invigorated, we are ready to weave new explorations and discoveries. In the shifting American Arts landscape, Modern Dance expression is pushing new boundaries for new possibilities, Movita is throwing down the gauntlet and challenging a straining culture to participate in the creation of relevance for dance during these times.
Calendar for 2011.
We are developing new dance works to show in Boston at the 'Dance for World Community Festival' on June 11 (see flyer) and later in August we will set them in Woodstock NY and in New York City venues.
